CHAFING DISH INSTRUCTIONS
*****The chafing dish will NOT cook food, it is designed only to keep food hot*****
OPERATING TIPS: Fill larger pan with approx. ½” hot tap water BEFORE lighting the
fuel.*****Only use CANNED FUEL/STERNO in the burner*****Remove lid from STERNO, place
adjustable cover over fuel, light fuel with match. Adjust cover for desired amount of
heat. Place HOT food into smaller pan, insert food pan into larger water pan and cover
with lid. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove food and rinse both pans thoroughly with warm
water. IMPORTANT Do NOT use without water. Keep canned fuel AWAY from open flame or
stove. Do NOT put insert pans into oven. *****STERNO lasts approx. 2 hours, leave unused
STERNO in chafing dish*****
SNO CONE INSTRUCTIONS
ALWAYS use CRUSHED ICE. Please RETURN plastic PUMPS and LADLES. **All UNOPENED product
can be returned for CREDIT**
BEVERAGE FOUNTAIN INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATING TIPS: Turn ALL FOUR SPOUTS in toward fountain. Fill fountain base with desired
beverage. Keep fountain HALF FULL at ALL TIMES. Turn power switch ON. Using ICE in
fountain base will help keep beverage chilled. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove remaining
beverage from fountain base. Fill fountain base with WARM WATER. Turn power switch ON
and run fountain for FIVE MINUTES. Remove warm water from fountain base. ******NEVER
IMMERSE IN WATER*********NEVER DISMANTLE FOUNTAIN***** IMPORTANT DO NOT run fountain
DRY. DO NOT use an EXTENSION CORD. *****If using CHAMPAGNE please ADD ONE 2 liter bottle
of CLUB SODA or 7 UP per FIVE FIFTHS of CHAMPAGNE********** DO NOT use juices with
EXCESS PULP, pulp will plug fountain pump*****
COFFEE URN INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATING TIPS: Fill coffee urn to desired level with COLD WATER. Add REGULAR GRIND
coffee according to chart below. Plug coffee urn into proper electrical outlet, each urn
requires a full circuit of power, sharing an outlet will result in much longer brewing
time and possible blown circuit. *****DO NOT USE EXTENSION CORDS FOR BREWING***** Coffee
has finished brewing when red light comes on, remove coffee grinds at this point. Not
recommended for hot chocolate CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Rinse coffee urn before returning.
*****NEVER EMERSE IN WATER***** COFFEE EQUIVALENTS 35 cups………..1 1/3 cups REGULAR

grams) BREWING TIME 30-60 cups: 45to 60 minutes. 90-100 cups: 75 to 90 minutes
LINENS
SHAKE out all linens to REMOVE food, confetti and other debris before returning to store
or before scheduled pick up time. PROTECT linens from WAX by placing candles on trays,
mirror mats or glass plate. PROTECT linens from BURN HOLES by using ash trays and
warning guests of replacement charge if linens are returned damaged. Keep linens in a
CLEAN environment when not in use. DO NOT pile on dirty floors, grass or bare ground. DO
NOT place linens on surfaces such as grills that may leave grease or other stains.DO NOT
allow the use of INK PENS on tables covered with linens.
DISHES-TABLEWARE-FOOD SERVICE ITEMS
ALL ITEMS must be returned rinsed and free of food. ALL ITEMS must be returned in
carriers or containers provided.
CANDLEABRAS-ARCHES-SCREENS-GAZEBOS-TENTS
REMOVE all tape, flowers, strings, wires, ties etc. DO NOT use florist’s tape or staples
on any item. All CANDELABRAS must be returned WAX FREE, a hair dryer may be used to
remove wax before returning or pick up. DO NOT use ANY type of TAPE on TENTS or CANOPIES
